How payment works
Projects run on a deposit followed by the remaining balance, with the exact stages, amounts and deadlines set out in your quotation and contract before any work begins. Third-party costs, such as domain registration, any paid hosting and platform subscriptions, are paid by you directly to the provider, so there is no markup sitting between you and the service.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are part of the project. Changes that alter the scope itself, such as extra pages, new functionality, a different structure or substantially more content, are quoted as additional work rather than absorbed quietly or refused outright.
